Pawan Kalyan and actor Prakash Raj confront off over Tirupati Laddoo Controversy Again. Mr Pawan Kalyan, Andhra Pradesh’s deputy chief minister, stated that secularism should be “mutual”.
Tirupati Laddoo Controversy :
On September 20, Mr Pawan Kalyan remarked on X that numerous concerns needed to be answered by the board of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), the trust that oversees the Tirupati temple, founded by the YSR Congress government.
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan had stated on X ,”We are all extremely worried about the presence of animal fat (fish oil, hog fat, and beef fat) in Tirupathi Balaji Prasad. Many questions must be answered by the TTD board established by the YCP government. Perhaps it is time to form a national ‘Sanatana Dharma Rakshana Board’ to investigate all temple-related complaints across Bharath… I think we should all come together to put an end to the corruption of ‘Sanathana Dharma’ in any form”.
In response to the message, Mr Prakash Raj advised Mr Kalyan to avoid “spreading apprehensions”. he added “Hi, @PawanKalyan…It occurred in a state where you are a Deputy Chief Minister. Please investigate and Find the culprits and take severe action. Why are you promoting fear and escalating the situation nationally. We already have enough communal tensions in the country”.

Tirupati Laddoo Controversy Returns: Pawan Kalyan and Prakash Raj Face Off again
The ongoing Tirupati Laddoo Controversy dispute between Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and actor Prakash Raj over the alleged adulteration of the legendary Tirupati laddoos has flared up again.
Actor-politician Kalyan, who is the chief of the Jana Sena and a member of the ruling coalition in Andhra Pradesh as well as the Central Govt, had spoken out about the presence of animal fat in the form of beef tallow, fish oil, and lard (pig fat) in the ghee used for famous Tirupati laddoos under the previous state government led by YSR Congress chief Jagan Mohan Reddy. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu first made the allegation.
In response to Mr Pawan Kalyan’s statements, actor Prakash Raj stated that the politician is part of the state’s ruling regime and should focus on investigating the situation rather than escalating communal tensions.
Mr Kalyan went to the Kanaka Durga Temple in Vijayawada on Tuesday to undertake a purification ritual as part of his 11-day ‘Prayaschitta Diksha’ (atonement penance) for the adulteration, and he rebuked Mr Raj for questioning his secular credentials.

Mr Pawan Kalyan told to ANI, “I am talking about the sanctity of Hinduism and issues like food adulteration. Why should not I talk about these issues? I respect you, Prakash Raj, and secularism must be mutual. I do not understand why you are criticising me. Should I not speak out against attacks on the Sanatana Dharma? “Prakash should learn a lesson”.
Mr Pawan Kalyan also said “The film business and others should not make importance of this problem; I am quite concerned about Sanatana Dharma. Many critics have criticized Ayyappa and the Goddess Saraswati. Sanatana Dharma is of the highest importance. Every Hindu should accept responsibility in this regard. “If similar issues arose in other religions, there would be widespread agitation”.
Mr Raj published a video on X, claiming that he had been misread and that he would respond to Mr Kalyan’s queries when he returned to India from a shoot. he added adjacent to the video.”Dear Pawan Kalyan, I saw your news conference. What I have stated and what you have misunderstood is shocking. I am shooting abroad; I will return to answer your questions. Meanwhile, I would like it if you could review my tweet from earlier and understand”.
